Hands Reaching Out

Specialties

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Therapy is completely different for each person. In individual sessions, I provide a private, collaborative space to understand yourself more deeply, work through difficult experiences, and create meaningful change.

COUPLES

In couples therapy, I help partners understand recurring conflicts, repair attachment injuries, and communicate and listen with greater honesty and care. Our work focuses on strengthening emotional connection while making room for each person's experience.

ATTACHMENT, HEARTBREAK & RELATIONSHIP PATTERNS

Early relationships often shape how we experience closeness, conflict, trust, and belonging. In therapy, I help you recognize inherited family and attachment patterns and develop more secure ways of relating.

INFERTILITY, POSTPARTUM, & NEW PARENTHOOD

Reproductive challenges and new parenthood can bring grief, anxiety, identity changes, and relationship strain. Therapy provides compassionate support through infertility, pregnancy, postpartum concerns, and the emotional realities of becoming a parent.

PERFECTIONISM & BURNOUT

For people accustomed to achieving, performing, or caring for others, success can coexist with exhaustion and self-criticism. Therapy can help you loosen perfectionistic patterns and create a more sustainable relationship with yourself.

ANXIETY & DEPRESSION

Depression may appear as sadness, numbness, perpetual fatigue, isolation, or a loss of meaning or joy. We will explore what your depression may be expressing while supporting a renewed connection and sense of vitality.

STRESS, TRAUMA, & PTSD

Trauma-informed therapy addresses how overwhelming experiences can continue to affect the body, relationships, and sense of safety. Our work supports regulation, safe integration, and greater freedom from survival-based patterns.

BIRACIAL AND MULTICULTURAL IDENTITY

Culturally responsive therapy supports the complexities of biracial identity, immigration, intergenerational differences, and belonging between cultures. I also provide affirming therapy for LGBTQIA+ individuals.

LIFE TRANSITIONS & PERSONAL GROWTH

Major transitions can unsettle old patterns that no longer serve us, while opening new possibilities. Through these changes, we  navigate uncertainty, clarify what matters, and move forward with greater confidence and self-trust.

CREATIVITY, DREAMS & MEANING MAKING

Our psyche speaks what does not yet have words through dreams, images, metaphors, and symbols. Exploring our inner lives through imagery can reconnect you with imagination and aspects of yourself that everyday life may leave unattended.
